Project Scope: Various dirt work tasks around this custom build including:

  • Redistributing material, cutting in to native slope, grading, and compacting subgrade for nearly 400 linear feet of boulder walls.

  • Cutting into and preparing subgrade in native hillside next to home for a concrete bridge abutment.

  • Hot tub pad and patio preparation.

  • Installing drainage solutions.

  • Miscellaneous cleanup and grading work in disturbed areas around the site.
